No period during down regulation?

I had the zoladex implant 12 days ago (one off injection that lasts for 28 days) and I was told to expect my period within 7-10 days

There is no sign at all of my period coming, no cramps or spotting etc, so I’m just concerned it just isn’t going to come.I think I’m about a week late from when I was due.

Had this happened to anyone else during down reg? Did it eventually come or did the clinic have to do anything else?

I know this is an old post but please could you let me know what happened? Did you get your period in the end?
I am in the same situation - day 10 and no period in sight 😭If it doesn't come in the next few days then my transfer will need to be pushed back so I'm starting to panic. Any insight would be really appreciated.

Yeah my period actually came on the day I wrote the post! I had actually called the clinic that morning and they just told me it will come which really annoyed me lol but it started after the phone call!

@FruitTwistFanta oh thank goodness! That’s such a relief to hear lol. I will just wait it out then. I can feel the pressure down there like I get before period but no actual cramps 😒 thanks so much for taking the time to reply ☺️ x
