After my missed miscarriage last cycle I started taking supplements including conceive plus, conceive plus ovulation support (Myoinositol), COQ10, vit e, alpha-lipoic acid, NAC, etc.
I'm now in the 2ww, 5dpo and stressing that if I get a positive pregnancy test, when and what supplements should I keep taking?
With the last pregnancy I had a pregnancy multivitamin & took extra lower doses of slow release vit c, mag, zinc, etc to try to help support progesterone.
