I've had one fresh round that looked like the start of implantation, I had faint positives and then began to bleed 4 days before the official test day - a full blown period not just spotting. I was on 4 utrogestan pessaries a day and still bled.
I have naturally low progesterone and told the clinic this, but being a newbie to IVF I assumed the above dose would be enough. This time round I have a FET transfer on Thursday and I really pushed for a blood test, as they didn't test before. It's come back at 38.5. The nurse said the range is 30 and above but that still just seems so low considering I've been on pessaries since Saturday, so my natural progesterone isn't bolstering them at all, and I'm worried I'm not absorbing them well.
If you've had a transfer did your clinic test your progesterone and what was it? I read some clinics like it above 50 so I'm slightly worried about the transfer now, we had a hatching 5 day blast put in last time and I don't want to waste our other frosties on a trial and error type cycle when I've given them all my info. I'm private too so happy to throw money at lubion injections, anything for a child at this stage!
