I'm worried about my fertility

This is my last cycle (in the pic) I started spotting 7dpo and was excited it was pink EWCM it continued for 3 days and then stopped for a day then spotting after that was brown. I had one day of heavy brown discharge/bleeding 16dpo which I counted as a period this tapered off quickly to brown spotting again.

I tested negative at 13dpo and didn't test again as I had my half arsed period.

Sex has become painful. I'm having cramps and pains in my right side. When I have sex I spot bright red blood afterwards and today I had sex it was too uncomfortable so only did it for a minute if that and a few hours later I had pink EWCM again.

I'm going to drs tomorrow but can anyone shed some light? I'm stressed out and worried I've got cancer or something horrendous this is completely out of the normal for me.

Also had a lot of dizzy spells recently, nausea, heartburn and constant lower back ache and a lot of pain in my right hip bone

Hi,

I have similar right hip pains sometimes and lower back pain but nothings ever come up on scans, I don't have the rest of your symptoms however so I hope your GP can shed some light, push hard for referrals and tests however as my GP wasn't at all concerned about mid cycle spotting, even when one cycle was almost every day! Hope you get a quick answer x

So sorry to hear this. How did you get on?

if these are new symptoms it could be that you have an ovarian cyst. I have had similar in the past and have always been harmless but are the sort of cysts that can affect your hormones and therefore cause spotting. The pelvic pain in particular is often associated with cysts.

if it’s been more long-lasting it could be endometriosis?

either way I hope you get some answers xx

Could be a sign of an infection but of course see what doc says
