Has anyone used zoladex to down-regulate before IVF?

Hi,

Just looking for any experiences of zoladex as everything I’ve read seems to say most people use Buserelin to down reg. Apparently there is a shortage of buserelin though which is why I’ve been given zoladex.

To anyone who had taken zoladex, did it delay your period? I was told my period would come in 7-10 days.

I appreciate this is an old post but I just wondered how you got on with the Zoladex in the end? I had the implant on 24th Feb in prep for my FET but no sign of AF yet 🧐 going on day 9 tomorrow so just a little worried it hasn’t worked and I can’t seem to find much online about Zoladex use in IVF 😕
