Does anyone have any stories of success after a cycle with the above? Feeling so down about it, this is our first cycle and it’s been so difficult to hear the outcomes after the egg collection. I’m resigned that this cycle will end in a BFN but is there hope for the future? We had an extremely low fertilisation rate (no explanation either, sperm fine) and have to transfer our only very bad embryo.
