Decapeptyl Injection

Hi all,
I have frozen oocytes and my husbands frozen sperm from a couple of years ago.
We are about to start on the second part of IVF (ICSI)
On Tuesday next week, I am due the single intramuscular Decapeptyl Injection to shut down my ovaries.

Then start the Estrogens for 21 days, then later on to also start the Progesterone.

I am not sure of the time scale from the single intramuscular Decapeptyl Injection, to when the start the Estrogens.

Any one gone this way before that could offer a time scale ?

I have mine scheduled for the morning that I get my uterine thickness ultrasound scan. I was told it's for the same reason, to prevent ovulation, because if I ovulate then my hormones won't be right for the FET the following month. My timetable says "morning". I also have to self-administer and got no instructions on that, but my googling says I can can do it in my thigh, so that will be an adventure!
