TWW and no symptoms - anyone else had this and gone on to have a BFP?

Hey all,

I'm now 7 days into my two week wait. I had a 6BB euploid embryo transferred and unlike my first FET (chemical pregnancy) I've feel I've had no tell tale symptoms. The symptoms I've had (mild breast tenderness and bloating on 1 or 2 of the days) could all be down to the progesterone I'm taking. My OTD isn't until the 18th, but I can't help but feel this transfer is going to be yet another disappointment. Whilst I want to know the result, I'm not keen to test early as early testing really stressed me out with my first transfer and my clinic would likely insist I continue to take my medication until my OTD.

Has anyone else had no or other any symptoms and gone on to test and get a BFP?

I have had both an IVF and a natural pregnancy and I didn’t have any symptoms with either at that point. With the IVF one I started to get slightly sore boobs by my otd which was 10dp5dt but I suspect they was the drugs as I had nothing at that point with my natural one.

Try to stay positive and fingers crossed for you.

Thanks @Betsyboo87 think I'm driving myself a little potty as I'm comparing what I currently feel in this TWW to my prior pregnancies where I had more obvious symptoms.

I can't wait for this TWW period to be over!

My clinic says the cocktail of medications can either mimic or hide pregnancy symptoms. X

Hi ya I’ve just got my bfp at 9dpo after a chemical last month and 2 more before that, strangely this month I have zero symptoms I thought I was definitely out but low and behold I got my bfp xxx

I'm now 8 days post transfer and still no real tell tale symptoms. I've had tender boobs from around 2-3 days past transfer, but even that seems to be fading now.

@CentaurChiron I am 14 days post transfer today and zero symptoms as of yet! I had my BFP last week. I was also very worried that no symptoms= BFN, but I was wrong. Stay positive!

Hi @Tinkerbell098 thank you for sharing your experience. Can I ask whether you have had any mild cramping? The reason I ask is because this has been a tell tale sign for me previously and I see a lot of people say they've had no symptoms but then say they had mild cramping before their OTD and of course mild cramping around that time can be a sign.

Congratulations on your BFP btw! I hope all continues to go well from here on out.

@CentaurChiron the only cramping I had was after egg collection, so obviously unrelated to implantation. Thanks for the wishes. Good luck to you too X
