Implantation Failure

I am having my fourth FET on October 28th, 2022.
Our first transfer was one year ago with a fresh embryo transfer after an egg retrieval. That was followed by a single FET and an FET with two embryos. Every transfer has resulted in implantation failure. Our diagnosis is unexplained infertility. I am 26 years old.

The things we are doing differently this time are:

1. Extended Lupron.

This may help with implantation if I have undiagnosed adenomyosis

1. I was diagnosed with an altered window of implantation after an endometrial receptivity test, so we are doing an extra day of progesterone in oil this cycle.

Has anyone else who has dealt with implantation failure had success with either of these treatments? Or if you have been in a similar situation, have you tried something different that has worked?

Ive had one failed fresh and suspected adenomyosis since an infection and miscarriage 2 years ago. I’ve nearly done my first month on lupron and I’m doing 2 then an FET so still a while to go.
