How many days past FET trasfer am I ?

I had FET trasfer of day 5 blastocyst embryo on the 5th of October , today is 10th of October . How many days am I past trasfer , is it 4 or 5 ? My trasfer was at 11 am afternoon , does that mean today at 11am is 5 days ?

Transfer day is day zero, so today you're day 5, or you sometimes see 5DP5DT (5 days post 5 day transfer).
My last clinic advised me to wait a few more days to test but up to you and what you find more bearable.
