Light bleeding days before embryo transfer FET?

I have FET booked in few days and I have just started bleeding red , bright red , not enough to fill a pad , just on wiping ! What do I do !? Will my trasfer be cancelled ? How am I bleeding in my mid cycle ? I had period about 3 weeks ago ! I am on estradiol patches and from yesterday progesterone too ! Why am I bleeding ????? It’s not even time for my normal period ? Someone help ! Thanks you !!!!

@Laurapb88 thank you ! Just an update if anyone ever comes across this post and has the same experience ! My bleeding lasted only 1 day and was very light ,not enough for a pad even . it was a blood clot coming away, was stuck somewhere , and once it came away bleeding stopped immediately ! Had my trasfer still and all was perfect , had no bleeding on trasfer day at all xx
