Thin lining on Day 11 FET

I'm nearly 1 month into down regulation and day 11 into oestrogen.

Had my scan this morning and my lining is 6.1mm. They won't put me on progesterone until I'm 8mm.

I'm back in on Monday morning but really worried that my lining isn't thickening. Has anyone had a similar experience

Hi. I have actually had 3 canx FET due to thin lining. It is honestly the most stressful thing I have been through. 1st was medicated and I only got to 5mm. 2nd natural and got to 9mm, but I bleed as soon as I too progesterone and scan confirmed my lining had shrank. 3rd modified natural and only got to 6.1mm.

I am currently going through my 4th FET and had day 10 scan today and on 6.2mm, which matches my 2nd cycle, so I am really hoping it will get there. At my clinic I only need to be 7.5mm. My next scan will be Monday as well.

I did a couple of things differently this month and it looks like it helped (fingers crossed). Don't be too disheartened yet, my lining tends to thicken after I ovulate. If it doesn't happen they are sending me for tests to investigate.

@lemons44 Hi. The 4th attempt went ahead but was unsuccessful. I had my 2nd FET in September 2023 after having a hysteroscopy, this took 2 attempts and was unsuccessful. My 3rd FET started in Jan 2024, this time they tried medicated cycle again, but my lining didnt respond, so was abandoned. I am currently booked in next week to have my actual transfer, finally!

They tried to mimic a natural cycle I had, where I released 2 eggs and my lining got super thick (I ended up bleeding after ovulation as I lack progesterone - they have since balanced that out). On cycle day 11 my lining was already 7.2mm and I had released 3 eggs. I have also been having acupuncture - not convinced it was this that helped it and wont be returning. People say it helps relax you, but I honestly feel no different, just annoyed it is £80 per session.

This time I was taking Letrozole on days 2-5 and it done the trick in releasing more than 1 egg, which I honestly think has helped with my lining. When I done it naturally, my lining got to over 9mm. I took trigger Tuesday and started cyclogest and lubion yesterday. No idea how much thicker it has got.
