Has anyone been able to contact the private part of the clinic recently I sent a message last month looking to book an assessment but never heard back. Also been calling the number and it just rings to the voicemail. Desperately want to get an assessment booked

I have been trying to get in touch with them too. Just keeps saying they are short staffed and to leave a voicemail. I have left a voicemail and filled in the enquiry form online.
Just wondering if you have heard anything back since you posted your message?

No nothing! I've left a few voicemails and filled out the enquiry form a few times. I think it's very poor that you can't even get a call back

Yes, it really is poor form. You would think they would put something on their website/answering message if they are so short staffed that they aren't taking on any self funded rather than leaving us hanging. Will let you know if I hear anything, could you let me know if you hear anything please?

You could try going through the GRI's switchboard? They can probably get you to the main reception desk, at least, and then whoever answers might be able to help.
