Failed FET (MC at 1st IVF attempt)

in need of some positive success stories.
my AMH is extremely low ( 0.7 ng) . I had successful IVF at the beginning of this year but MC during 1st trimester. My 2nd cycle (which was FET) failed. We had transferred 2 embryos. Although I was told they are good quality embryos.
i am devastated and broken. I feel drained.
I am not sure what to do. I keep thinking what if I can never have a child of my own and it kills me.
any successful stories ? How many attempts did you guys take for your BFP ?

I just wanted to reach out, I’m in a similar boat. 40, low AMH. I’m on the two week wait from our final IVF cycle (we’ve had 3), my heart, head, wallet and relationship can’t carry on with more treatment. It’s the toughest ride, and I’m so sorry you’re doing it too. It was not the life we had planned. I’ve been pregnant 3 times, none have gone to term, but I always hold out hope. I hope to hear of any positive stories too. Sending big hugs your way x

I keep having nightmares and panic attacks due to infertility.
All I want is one healthy baby.
