AMH halved in 19 months to 6.5 - IVF?

Hi all,

In 19 months I've had three miscarriages and no baby and have just discovered that my AMH has dropped form 13.8 to 6.5.

I'm completely devastated. I'm 39 so a drop was expected, but I wonder if it's dropped so fast because my old fertility doctor prescribed me month after month after month of Clomid and letrozole to try and make me ovulate from both sides because my left tube is blocked. Clearly it didn't work.

I've now switched clinics and am going to do IVF next month (just waiting to be given protocol) but I'm terrified 6.5 will give me poor results and no baby at huge expense.

I have an AFC of about 8, down from about 16.

Any positive stories with this low AMH?

I'm so panicked about it all now.

I am 31 with amh of 0.7 ng and AFC usually between 8-11.
I am not sure what I have done in my life which resulted in this . But I am devastated.
one ivf with MC at 9 weeks and failed FET. Life is so cruel.

@Hollyw128 try not to blame yourself. You won't have done anything to cause this. Fertility issues are 99% down to luck, I've found. Some have it, some don't. Are you actively TTC now or looking into IVF? Xxx

@Hollyw128 oh sorry I just reread that you'd had a MMC and failed FET. Will you try again? Not all cycles will give the same results so you never know xxx
