Ongoing pelvic pain since Miscarriage

Hello,

desperate to find answers or if anyone has experienced what I’m going through.

December 2020 my husband and I conceived after just 4 months of trying & unfortunately it ended in early MC at 5.5 weeks. During the short time of being pregnant I had horrible cramps about 12dpo-13dpo (way worse than period cramps) but I got a blazing positive on 15dpo so just figured it was down to being constipated. After our BFP one night getting up from laying down I had a really sharp pain go up my left pelvis (where my left ovary/tube would be), and then after a few seconds it went away and never felt it again. Unfortunately then started bleeding a week later & had a confirmed miscarriage. HCG levels went back to 0 quickly. Now… nearly 2 years later I have been having a dull ache on my left side and every now and again I get that sharp pain when sitting up from lieing down. We haven’t been able to conceive again since our MC… can’t help but think my pain has something to do with our infertility :(. I had a few different ultrasounds and she couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary and chalked it up to me being "in tune with my body". Well, it’s definitely a real ache/pain and I’m definitely not imagining it. Going to see an RE in a couple of weeks so hopefully will get answers but in the meantime figured I would see if any of you ladies had experienced this? Or have an idea of what it could be??? Could I of had an ectopic that miscarried naturally and left damage? I just don’t know.

please help!
