What next after two failed transfers and MMC at 9 weeks?

I’m 36. I have had two failed fresh transfers (after IVF with a low cost mild IVF clinic). These transfers were of a day 5 4AA and early blast respectively.

I then moved on to another clinic and had IVF. Ended up with one blast transferred (4AA) on day 5 fresh and four frozen. The fresh transfer recently resulted in a MMC (detected at 9 + 2 - had stopped growing at 9 weeks (healthy scans prior to that)).

My question is about what I should do next. Should I do any testing before transferring the other blasts? Is there an underlying issue that is suggested by failed transfers and a MMC after 8 weeks? Did any of you have similar experiences and then success - if so, what did you do differently for the successful transfer?

Hi OP
There are a number of tests you can do to test both the embryo and implantation (such as ERA). There is a good thread on here in relation to implantation testing named something like Alice Emma ERA cont- sorry can’t recall how to link a thread. I went to LWC implantation clinic and found them to be good - other people on the thread I mentioned use particular named expert Drs some of whom operate independently of a fertility clinic. I’d also advise testing your embryos.
