Hi all,
I have ovulation infertility and so use clomid to ovulate and was thankfully successful a few years back and had my beautiful daughter.
we’re now trying again for a second (and final) baby and despite all our tests coming back fine and my body reacting perfectly to the clomid, we’ve now had 5 unsuccessful cycles and the clinic would like me to see the doctor again to consider IVF.
Heres my question - I know it’s impossible to know exactly where things are going wrong (and it could just be sucky luck), but why would IVF give me a better chance? We have saved enough to do the IVF but I’m just not sure why they think that could work when it seems implantation is the issue and there are no problems with my tubes, eggs or husband’s sperm.
Unfortunately can’t see the doc for several weeks so would really appreciate any Insights from anyone who has been through this?
TIA xx
