Hope you're all well? I had surgery just over 4 weeks ago and not much in way of bleeding afterwards a few days and spotting etc. I've heard you do t ovulate after this and have to wait for a period which can take 4-6 weeks but then I've read people falling pregnant again quickly in first cycle ? I've had normal discharge for last week or so so presuming my body is going back to normal . Can anyone shed any light on if you do ovulate after surgery or is it after first period??
