Buserelin- down regulation and delayed period

I started Buserelin 8 days ago (Day 21) of cycle. I'm usually bang on 27 day cycle but am late and panicking.

Bar some light brown spotting yesterday I have no AF symptoms.

I know AF can be delayed but I'm wondering how long on average it takes to come

When I took burserelin my AF ended up being 9 days late and I’m always very regular. Don’t worry it will come at some point! Anything less than 2 weeks late is considered normal.

also worth noting that my period was 8 days long and heavier than usual too. Usually lasts 3-4 days so the burserelin made it double in length!
