Pregnancy test getting darker after miscarriage

Hi All,
This is my first time to post something like this ever, was always just an observer but today i need your help ladies!!
I suffered recurrent miscarriages between July and January 3 mc, all conceived naturally without problems.
We then decided to do IVF maybe it could select best graded embryos. I got pregnant last month after a fresh cycle, 2 good graded embryos but unfortunately started spotting last Friday when i was 5weeks then started bleeding on Tuesday.
My RE is on holiday so i saw another doctor who did US but she couldn't find anything other then blood floating in my uterus. She said it is early to see something anyway but most probably I'm miscarrying and she asked me to stop progesterone pessaries and injections.
My first HCG was 36 , 3 days after 108, 3 days after 150, 2 days after 180( day of US).
The question is: why am I getting darker pregnancy tests if i am already bleeding for days and also stopped medication. When i did the US she checked and said it's not ectopic. BUT i am so scared it is an ectopic which might cost me my tube :(
I don't know what to so especially now it's a weekend and nowhere to go🥺

I mc an IVF pregnancy at 6 weeks. I bled for nearly 6 weeks and had really dark pregnancy tests for the whole of that time, I kept hoping one of the embryos was going to be growing, they even rescanned me at the end and sadly not.
So sorry you are going through this.

I'm so sorry you went through that too, it's horrible feeling to know no baby inside you but still having hope. I honestly have no hope with this pregnancy i just want to pass everything and have my body back to normal. With my first 3 mc I passed everything within 2 days and ovulated 2 weeks later. Just scared of ectopic but dr doesn't seem bothered at all.

Hi Oopsilot, it turned out to be actually an ectopic pregnancy. Went to the emergency today but still they couldn't locate it. Will probably have a surgery on Wednesday:(
