Morning, I’m having my first FET next cycle and I’m curious about the length of time I’m on some of my medication:
Intralipids: two infusions, one five days before FET, one four weeks after first infusion if pregnant
Prednisolone: 20mg daily up to 12 weeks
Aspirin: 75mg daily from day after FET, stop on positive test
Clexane: 40mg daily from day after FET, stop on positive test
I’ve queried the plan with my clinic as I’ve not heard of someone being on aspirin and clexane for such a short length of time. I’ve also lined up a consultation for a second opinion as I don’t have many attempts at this. So I suppose I’m looking for reassurance.
Also curious to know about people’s experiences of immune treatment in a successful pregnancy. What appeared to work for you?
