Currently unexplained secondary infertility

So far I’ve had :

bloods done
US scans

DH has had SA

Both of us on so many supplements. Cycle 15 now and nothing. HyCoSy will be done in October (I am wondering if this is the issue as had an infection after c section 3 years ago)

Im 39, dh is 41

Ive had ovulation confirmed and I know we are trying at the right times but nothing in all these months

Is there anything else I could test or should do ?

Hi, one thought is to get lining checked for adenomyosis. It's possible you're getting pregnant but it's not implanting. If you've already had a caesarian, this could be more likely.

I struggled TTC#2 for 5 years. Had various tests done over a 2 year period and eventually fell pregnant after a laparoscopy & dye and hysteroscopy. They found some scarring due to my previous c section which was sticking to my tubes. The scarring was removed and I fell pregnant 2 cycles later! Can't say for definite that it was due to the surgery but seems likely!
Good luck, secondary infertility is hard.
