So, I am 41 in October, one miscarriage last year and just crickets since. I have 13 oocytes frozen when I was 37. I haven't discussed options with a specialist but they are probably my best chance to get pregnant. They would have to be shipped to the UK from another country. I am now looking at clinics that have decent success rates with older women. CRGH was recommended particularly as a reliable place when shipping and thawing oocytes is involved. I understand they are very pricy and that concerns me as we are not wealthy and I would have to spend a considerable amount of my life savings on this (sounds like it might be one year of my current salary).
Can anyone recommend other clinics besides CRGH that have decent results? I am in the southeast. If anybody has worked with this clinic, is it worth it? Anything to watch out for? I probably have one shot at this so want to increase my chances but also not spend on things I don't need.
