Pre 3rd IVF cycle- Any tips?

Hi all, unexplained infertility for just over two years and trying to have my first child. Recently had a chemical pregnancy with my second FET from IVF round 2. (First round, poor quality embryo and fresh transfer= BFN, Second round, 2 x good quality embryos and two separate FETs= both 4/5 week chemicals). I am 40 and will be 41 in Dec. No known issues although my new clinic (CRGH) said my AMH of 11 in spring 2021 would put me in low ovarian reserve category. Current clinic never said this! DHs sperm is apparently ok but CRGH want to do another sample test and DNA frag. test. I eat well, am a healthy weight, exercise, not much caffeine and hardly any booze. Take all the vits (Coq10 etc). Anyone got any similar tales, tips they can kindly offer up pre IVF round 3? Should I go with ARGC instead of CRGH to chuck the kitchen sink at at?! I am not sure how many more rounds I can take…. Thank you all

Hi there, I am sorry to hear about your story. While I cannot share any personal experiences, a couple of suggestions come to mind. First, it may be worth checking with your fertility specialist if taking vitamin D and/or adding PGS/PGD to your treatment plan could increase your chances of getting pregnant. Best of luck to you
