3rd failed embryo transfer

I’ve come looking for support, some help, advice and good news stories.

I’m 30 years old with no fertility issues, my partner is 31 and has a low sperm count (isn’t the worst).

we’ve had 2 ICSI cycles. 1 resulted in 1 embryo which was a BFN. Second cycle we got 2 embryo but both BFN. This is now the NHS funding gone and we need to pay for ourselves going forward. Dr is confused why the embryos aren’t implanting. I’ve had various bloods taken for my immune system and also had a saline scan and everything came back perfect.

can anyone recommend anything else we need to look into? Also, is there is success stories because right now I feel empty inside that it will never happen for us.

thanks ♥️

Have you done an Alice and Emma test? It checks the bacterial environment of the uterus

I'm really sorry about your BFNs. This is a really hard process.

It might be worth checking out an ERA/EMMA/ALICE (to check implantation windows and bacteria) and maybe immune testing too. You could also look at pre-transfer embryo screening to check that future embryos are euploid?
