DH struggles to produce his SA sample under pressure! Any advice?

As above really! Due to start fertility treatment soon and having to repeat some tests (for the 100th time).. however my DH gets stage fright when he has to produce his SA sample - he said he feels so under pressure that the most he can manage is literally a few drops! Any advice to make the experience a little easier for him? Surely a lot of men must feel this same pressure! I feel so sorry for him 😩

Hi, my husband also suffers from stage fright. Will your clinic allow him to take his sample in, rather than produce it at the clinic?

Unfortunately our clinic is too far away from home so he has to do it there but when we did the initial GP SA he did those at home and also had the same issue 😥x

Yes we live an hour away from our clinic so we had to stay overnight in a hotel and get an early morning appointment at the clinic.
I do sympathise, we had lots of sleepless nights over this issue. We treat the overnight hotel stays as a proper break away, I think this helps to put my husband at ease.
