I think, sadly, that I just can’t get pregnant any more.

Took 5 years to have #1 15months for #2 and we wanted one more.

I have pcos and endometriosis. We’ve started investigations again in case there’s something else going on but so far all is ok.
I had a horrendous infection after dc2 so wondering if tubes are blocked due to that? HSG will be in September but I’m worried that’s just it

I’m 40 too so worried about age

Are there any supplements or any complimentary therapies anyone can recommend I’m feeling so so down tonight

Hi honey, don't feel down. You have been incredibly blessed with two precious babies .
Have they done any blood tests to confirm if your ovulating?
I'm not ovulating at all with pcos. They put me on clomid but husband got his results back and sperm count is really low :( so I'm not exactly hopeful.
Its been 10 long years of trying and I've not been able to get pregnant. I'm 37 and I honestly don't know if it will ever happen at this age. It gives me severe anxiety that maybe I'm too old now to ever get pregnant. That hateful ticking clock argh.

I don't know what to suggest for pcos, it depends on your issues as everyone is different. I have very high androgens and irregular periods so I take metformin prescribed and Inositol supplements which works in similar way to help the insulin resistance to help lower androgens and regulate cycles.
I have endo too and I've recently been taking ginger and tumeric supplements which are supposed to help with inflammation. Anti inflammation foods are the key . Stay away from sugar and processed foods as they cause inflammation. I read probiotics are good too as keeping gut healthy helps inflammation in the body. I take baby aspirin too 75mg , there's lot of research on it helping the womb lining and pregnancy outcome

I feel like I should I be happy with what I have and that maybe I’m just being greedy but my last pregnancy was hell as it was lockdown and I was terrified and attending appts all alone and just scared as we didn’t know much about covid and there wasn’t a vaccine at that point so I feel it all went by in a flash and I’m just feeling so so low.

My cycles are so irregular so pinpointing a day to do a progesterone test to check ovulation is hard. I get positive opks so maybe I need to use that to calculate when to go? I’ve started doing bbt this month hoping that will show something

Blood tests can be done according to calendar days so the 3rd and 21st of each month. Do not waste time and money on either OPKs or temp charting.

I thought it was day 21 if you have a 28 day cycle ? Mine can be anything from 27-43 so I can’t work out when unless it can just be day 21 regardless
