We were incredibly lucky to have our first baby via IVF last year. We are thinking next year we would like to TTC again for a sibling. IVF required last year due to low AMH (6.2) and AFC (6) on my side, test done age 31. Cycle went smoothly but with only 1 viable embryo who became our now daughter, so none in the freezer.
Advice greatly appreciated on what to do between now and next year to maximise chances of natural conception. Financially another round will be a strain so would like to give us the best shot of not needing it. I know the obvious stuff like no alcohol, no caffeine, balanced diet, vitamin D and also took ubiquinol for a long time last time we were TTC. I am also aware there isn't much you can do to affect AMH. But I've been out of this zone for a while now and wondered if anyone has any suggestions? Also not sure how long to leave it TTC naturally before going back to the fertility clinic? I'm conscious of my age and time frames - I will be 34 next year.
