Does this sound reasonable? Double transfer of 4BC Blastocysts

Hi all!

This is my first time posting on these boards and I’m hoping those wiser can offer some advice please. We’ve got two Blastocysts left from this cycle. One day 5, 4BC and one day 6, 4BC. They were at created at 35 with with donor sperm. Our consultant has given us the option of a double transfer.. I’ve never had one of these.

Has anyone transferred two blastocysts of similar quality and what was the outcome??

Hey, appreciate you posted this nearly a year ago but I’m now in a similar position to you - looking to transfer a 4BC later this year. Can I ask, what was your outcome?

Hey! Unfortunately it was another chemical pregnancy. We’ve since done another round with PGTA and one of our healthy embryos is a 4BC. It has roughly a 50% pregnancy rate and around a 35% live birth rate so if your embryo is ‘normal’ it has a good shot! All the best!

Hey! I know this is an old thread but...@KG1244 I had a double transfer yesterday. 5bc and 4bc. What was your outcome?

@KG1244 congratulations!! That gives me some hope! I am keeping everything crossed. We only have this shot as didnt get any embryos suitable for freezing 😫 trying not to overthink and worry!
