Natural modified FET

I have had my second medicated FET cancelled today due to poor lining. I did a FET last October that was successful on 6mg of progynova and got to 8mm easily by day 12. But I had a missed miscarriage and had a d&c. Since then my lining has really struggled. I had a hysteroscopy in April and got the all clear, no scarring, all good to proceed. My lining shrunk the first time on 8mg of estrogen. This time, I started on 6mg, upped to 8mg on day 8 and added a patch on day 10 and the lining was partially triple layered but partially cloudy and ranged from 5.9mm to 7.3mm (the thickest part looked cloudy). So it was cancelled.

Between FETs I had a natural cycle day 10 scan and although I had a 20mm follicle, my lining was poor. So natural FET is out.

My doctor mentioned a natural modified FET which I want to try. Does anyone have any experience of this?

I have a complicated recurrent loss history and am on a lot of immune meds and will be on lubion and cyclogest as part of my recurrent loss support.

Am losing hope we'll ever get to transfer again. This is our last embryo. Any advice or experience would be appreciated x

Just bumping this. I'm guessing it's not that common to do this type of FET.

@VenusStarr

Any update? I’m due to go for baseline soon to start natural modified FET with mild stimulation.

No @2021ivfagain were taking a break to reset my hormones. Aiming for October.
I hope your cycle goes well.
