First IUI TWW

Hi everyone!

I need some advice or anybody that have been through the same thing as I’m driving myself insane!

Me and my partner (lesbian relationship) had our first IUI yesterday. I’m 24 years old, I have great fertility and I’m already a mother to my lovely 4 year old son. I’ve been on Bemfola and Cetrotide, then had my trigger shot of Ovitrelle, and insemination with donor sperm (MOT 20+) happened 2 days ago. I am now on progesterone pessaries 3 times a day. I’m the most impatient person ever and am already struggling with the TWW, and insemination was only 2 days ago!! I’ve been having cramping since yesterday, but can anybody let me know if they successfully got pregnant after their first IUI, any implantation symptoms? When did you take your first pregnancy test?

@Katielp ah isn't it the worst!? I honestly thought I was losing my mind a little! It's definitely the worst part.

I had 2 iuis earlier this year that didn't work. Also in a SS couple but you're younger than me and in for a good shot! I'm 31 with no fertility issues and sperm of MOT20+ too. You just don't know with IUI obviously not being the highest of chances so try not to worry too much if it doesn't work. Remember it's the same change as if you had unprotected sex with a man so it could be first time, or take a couple. But I hope it's positive ❤️.

Were all the drugs an option? I was only offered clomid (which sent me a bit mad haha)
