Egg collection mishap

Hi All,

Just had my egg collection and been informed the consultant went through a endometrial cyst by accident and the contents of this got mixed with my eggs.

does anyone have experience of this or know if this could have a detrimental impact on my embryos 😞

I'm so sorry - I've not heard of this happening before but in any event if this cycle fails you will always wonder "what if" - I'd be discussing with the clinic that they offer you a free round?
