Success Stories - Anyone?

I’d love to hear some success stories, especially from those who had a longer and more complex journey.

What worked for you in the end and was there anything you did differently that cycle? Or was it just a case of sheer persistence?

Hey there - I had 5 miscarriages 2 ruptured ectopics lost both tubes and then multiple rounds of IVF and eventually had success

My one success natural pregnancy I didn't do anything different to all the others X

@LollipopLady123 been TTC since autumn 2016.
Tried everything- couldn't have a HCG as I have a pinhole cervix and they couldn't get in- the pain was excruciating after I begged them to keep trying. Started the IVF process last year finally after lots of Covid delays- first Cycle March 2022- 8 eggs collected 5 fertilised none made it to 5 day blast- they transferred 2 of the best- a morula and a cavatating Morula BFN.

2nd round my clinic switched me from short protocol to long protocol 20 eggs- 18 fertilised- 10 developing well day 3, 2 initially made it to day 5- then a third caught up.

1. Frosties and 1 on board got our first ever BFP 9dp5dt.

Still cautiously optimistic as I have had a bleed already 😩.

The clinic did dummy transfers at both my egg collections to make sure they could get the eggs back in after the failed HSG- and were successful- so luckily I didn't have to be sedated for those.

Struggled with unexplained secondary infertility for 4 years, 5 rounds of IVF and 2 missed miscarriages later I'm sat writing this with my 10 week old DD.

I read so many success stories and never imagined I'd be one of them.
