DH is on sertraline and I’ve read reports that this can slow down sperm mobility. This works well for him and we don’t want to change this. From what I’ve read all the other SSRI antidepressants can cause a similar thing anyway so no point just changing to another that might not work anyway.
what happens if this is the issue? Are there treatments suggested or is it IVF or would he just have to come off it?
