Hello, I am on day 5 post frozen embryo transfer. I have had a bit of pink/ brown spotting on and off since the transfer which I wasn’t worried about as I assumed it was from the procedure itself but since yesterday evening I have had a slight dull ache in my left ovary and had a few specs of red blood on the tissue after going to the loo last night. I have had a few specs of red again today. It is only on the tissue but I am still experiencing pink/ brown spotting too. I am on 4 estrogen tablets, 3 progesterone pessaries and 1 lubion injection a day. Does this mean the cycle has failed?

@Gracie2021 I hope the scan goes well and that they can give you some peace of mind. This journey has been never ending worry from the start for us all...such a different mental journey for us who go through ivf!
I think I'm testing because my clinic doesn't do any blood tests to check, so basically from my official test date which I reported to them a week ago I have to wait until 7th sept for a scan! My testing is now dark and the control line is light which gives me a bit more positively

I getcha @Coops0406 I was the same waiting on beta. The tests just give you that feeling of assurance. Even now I have mine laid out in a drawer and when I need to remember that this is real I go have a look 😂🙈

@Gracie2021 ditto!! Always run up to have a look! 👀 just a little reminder that it's real! Xx

Gracie2021 · 22/08/2022 12:08

Exactly @Coops0406 and no harm done!
