Progesterone injections and pessaries- side effects

Hi all,

I'm due to have a FET on Tuesday following an unfortunate freeze-all situation due to OHSS.

In my last IVF attempt, I bled before OTD so this time round, I've been advised to use 2 x cyclogest pessaries and 1 lubion injection each day.

Has anyone else felt super dizzy and groggy and EXHAUSTED on them? I know these are all listed as possible side effects, but I'm feeling so rough and wondered if anyone else had had the same experience?

@Glitterandunicorns I bled before OTD last time but they kept me on the same pessaries This time and I got my BFB- the pessaries make me extremely tired, hungry and give me brain fog.

Congratulations! That's a relief to know I'm not the only one feeling this way on progesterone!

@Glitterandunicorns There are a lot of side effects- I'd let your clinic know as maybe it's too high and you need to Al have a blood test to check.

Thank you, @PMAmostofthetime. I def need the higher dose due to the early bleeding last time, but you're right that it's prob a good idea to check with my clinic to be on the safe side.

@Glitterandunicorns I bled at 9dp5dt last time on 400g of Cyclogest twice a day.
I told the clinic and my consultant said that's normal with failed IVF and kept me on the same this time at 9dp5dt I got a BFP! X
