Hi there, I have recently suffered a miscarriage and would like to explore the Immune tests in case the reason for miscarriage was immunology. I have Hashimoto and have been trying to conceive for a while. Would you be able to share your immunology tests that you did in UK or abroad? I want to see what exactly they test and I am especially considering Lister Fertility clinic for my tests. If you have any experience with Intralipid infusion and Steroid medication, I would be grateful for your suggestions either at Lister or anywhere else. I am based in London but considering doing the tests abroad too. Thank you.

Hi there, I did the tests at Lister who sent the tests to St Helier hospital and the doctor prescribed me Prednisolone 25mg. Further, I did the tests abroad too and dud a couple of intralipid infusions which I am not sure had any effect… but to me Prednisolone was the key to success. I heard some doctors prescribe it even without tests. If you can get that maybe you don’t need to pay for tests etc. however I understand them that they want to see results to decide dosage etc. in any case I think it helped in my case but I was taking it in combination of Clexane injection 40mg.
