Just a quick question. Do you need to lie down after taking Utrogestan? I haven't been but seen something online there so now wondering should I have been. Thanks

Hi 👋🏼 I’m on utrogestan and I do try my hardest to make sure I lie down for at least 30 minutes after inserting but when I’m at work it’s just not possible but figure at least if I lie down when I can it helps, who knows! Also a good excuse to lie down for a bit 😂😂

Ha any excuse for a lie down. I'm not managing to lie down at all after mine, I'll have to try and even lie down after the evening one
