2 miscarriages (1 fresh, 1 FET) - Advice on next steps - Investigate immunes? PGT?

Hi there

First fresh transfer (IVF with ICSI) was successful however no fetal pole/heartbeat at viability scan and miscarried a week later at 7/8 weeks.
Second transfer we did a natural frozen transfer - again successful however no fetal pole/heartbeat at viability scan. Scanned 10 days later and small fetal pole, but not viable - missed miscarraige. Surgical managment 8/9 weeks.
We have 3 embryos remaining in the freezer ( 2 A, 1 C) , but unsure where we go next / what we can do to improve our changes going forwards.
Do we just put it down to bad luck and try again?
Or we are at a small local clinic with minimal monitoring, do we switch clinics to one of the big boys (ARGC?) and investigate any potential immune issues before attempting 3rd transfer?
Do we PGT our remaining embryos and risk the thaw/refreeze/thaw?
Any advice much appreciated!
Thanks
