8dpo sore boobs bloating stitch feeling and brown ewcm after wiping Today

I’m 44, 3 mmc behind me and been diagnosed with endometriosis…. I know my age is against me and come to terms with not having a baby so trying but not trying

I’m 8dpo and my boobs are sore for past 3 days , cramps like period cramps I went to the toilet today and there was like thick ewcm with brown blood in it … could this be implantation ?

Did you get a bfp after this. I'm get period like cramps at 8dpo too but no spotting
