Starting Metmorfim Tomorrow - any tips??

Hey all :) as title says I'm starting Metmorfin tomorrow and have read dreadful things on the side effects that is making me a little nervous 🙈
Has anyone else been down this road and have found ways to conquer the nausea/dodgy tummys..?

Make sure to take it on a full stomach and gradually build up the dosage to give your body time to get used to it. Also be careful if you are having alcohol as that can really exacerbate the symptoms.
