ICSI - 3 cycle

Hi everyone first time poster here,
sorry if this has been answered countless times before!

We are currently going through treatment with the Hewitt Centre (access fertility, 3 cycle 50% refund) and I was just a bit confused as to what counts as One Cycle when going through the first round of ICSI.

For example if we had 5 good embryos and 1 was implanted with the other 4 frozen, would we get to use all 5 on the first round if needed, or would them frozen ones be kept for the 2nd round?

Sorry if I didn’t explain that properly 😅

Thank you

So one cycle is the stimulation cycle and use of all resulting frozen embryos. Only once all frozen are used can you move on to the next cycle which would be cycle 2. Hope that helps :)

Thanks very much @Hoping4baby21
Thats made me feel more hopeful. I thought they’d just transfer One embryo, and if that failed we moved on to our second cycle

We ended up having the FET on Saturday morning which was graded 4AA. Then we managed to have 5 others frozen which were all graded between 4&5 AA or AB.
Now it’s the agonising wait so fingers crossed 👶
