Letrozole 5mg

Any had letrozole monitored. I had a follicle scan today and biggest was 12mm. Ovulation is a few days away or maybe later due to taking letrozole.
Uterus lining is thin. 5mm.
Fertility speciliast just said take 7.5 next cycle. I'm I out for this cycle due to follicle size. Really heartbroken it's hard as it is

im also on 5mg letrozole and usually ovulate on my own, but I’m having similar issues as I’m wondering if I’ll ovulate at all this cycle as no positive OPKs!
