AMH Low ovarian reserve for age - worried!

Hi, looking for some advice, as I’m quite worried. Me and my partner have been ttc for a while now. So, we decided to do a private fertility check to see if there was an issue. Im 35 and my partner is 42, so we expected there could be some small issue. My partner got his results and he was normal for everything sperm related count, motility and shape etc. But I was surprised when I received mines, my AMH ovarian reserve is 5.5, which they listed this as ‘low for age’ and suggested I might receive a lower egg retrieval of 6-10 eggs. My nhs has referred us for assisted fertility and pending checks with them but I’m concerned the wait for the IVF treatment (could be 6months) not sure if this could mean that we may miss our chance if the AMH drops any lower. I’m unsure but I doubt me and my partner could go private for IVF, as we just bought a house, so have little savings.

Has anyone else had results like this and still been successful with IVF or naturally? I should mention I had Covid a couple of months ago, I’m not sure if this has damaged my reserve or not?! I’m super worried about this and it’s all I can think about atm 😞
