Starting downregulation late - panic!!

Hi all
This feels quite niche but here goes. I'm in a panic because it looks like we are starting downregulation a day later than we should have done as the clinic made a mistake on our treatment plan. We'll be starting on day 22 (tomorrow) instead of day 21 (should have been today). I will obviously be contacting them in the morning but in the meantime, does anyone know how bad this is?!?

Did you period start in the morning or afternoon if it was after 12 lunchtime. The first day is counted as the next day.

I'm on day 3 of down reg- how is it going for you?
