Hello everyone

Long story cut short with Create 41 severe endo and low AMH done 1 cycle mild ivf 3 eggs collected 1 fertilised unknown grading and on ice, last cycle cancelled due to cyst this cycle I'm on now started well lots of follicles started stims done 3 days and scan today shows I'm not responding . One raced ahead and suggested I cancel and swap to naturally modified has anyone had experience of this I need to make the decision asap so I can stop my stims tonight or carry on with this cycle and perhaps maybe get 1 egg with the one that's raced ahead? Emotionally drained today

Yes I changed to natural modified with Create and had twins - I always had one dominant follicle which raced ahead of the others

@maythe4thbewithme thank you for replying this is my second cycle first cycle was mild and were slow responders this cycle upped my dose and one follicle racing ahead said others won't catch so to cancel and start natural modified x

Natural modified you may well still get a dominant lead follicle - I did add in luveris and that helped some catch up x

@maythe4thbewithme my last cycle one had gone ahead too far and said the others were not going to catch up I'm so worried this is my last chance really ! Any others with experience ?

@Pinklady81 If what you are doing isn't working then it is probably worth trying a different approach as you never know how you may respond. I did short protocol IVF with maximum dose drugs and to cut a long story short ended up switching to natural modified and actually responded better to the natural modified protocol.
