Hello wonderful ladies,

I hope you are keeping well. I am 41 ( a few months past) and unfortunately I only managed to convince my dear husband to try IVF, after a long long time of ttc.

It felt like a miracle that dear husband finally made the move... my heart was all over the moon, therefore for the first time after a long time I felt so so hopeful. Because of my age I only managed to have a 5BB and a 5CC.

I decided to do a blood test on 6dp5dp and it came back negative. Not just negative... a big fat below 1. Honestly, is there any hope?

Just to say, I do not mind another BFN... I have had tones of them in my life. It is just that this time I was very hopeful because we would try IVF or the first time. And I am worried that even this ship is sailing away.

Thank you so much,

Elena

Sorry OP but a zero blood test at 6dp5dt is a definite BFN

Thank you so much for your response, a crazy thing happened... I got some bleeding (100% looking like early period bleeding) this morning , I called my doctor to confirm I should stop medication etc.. I told him ofcourse about my 'Close to Zero' blood test 2 days ago. He suggested to keep hope it is implantation and double progesterone. Oh God, I really hope that this turns around... (tears.. tears!)
