FET + 5 week pregnant for first time and severe abdominal pain

I am 5 week pregnant (for the first time) on IVF (frozen embryo) and on Prontogest daily and today started to get severe abdominal pain. is it something to
be worried abt?

anyone know why it happens?

Severe abdominal pain needs an urgent medical appointment, OP. What would compare the pain to? That is not normal and you need checked out ASAP.

I am 8 weeks after a FET, had 3 days solid of what I can only describe as contractions at 6 weeks (have been in labour so recognise contractions). However it wasn't painful, just very uncomfortable so I had no choice to ride it out. We had a good scan at 7 weeks so all was well, but ut was very disconcerting.
