Why/how are Spanish IVF clinics so much more successful?

The difference in success rates to the U.K. is astonishing, does anyone know why this is?

Spain is one of the most popular places for egg donors which massively skews the figures - you can't compare clinics in the U.K. where the average age of the woman undergoing treatment might be late 30s early 40s using their own eggs with Spain where they eggs might be 20 years younger.

Generally ivf is very successful in the Mediterranean countries. Spain, Greece, Prague and Cyprus have very high success rates, not really sure why. One idea I've got it's because we have lower birth rates in young people, so maybe we need more assistance?

Seems to be government, cultural, donor anonymous and medical tourism. I think first time pregnancy age in Spain is over forty, they have less family benefits than UK so it’s probably delaying couples starting a family, they have low birth rates compared to uk also so they probably need more assistance too! just my own views!
